LOGIN
-Login" refers to the process of gaining access to the Online Profiling System Application by providing valid credentials, your username and password. The purpose of a login is to verify your identity as a user and grant you an appropriate access based on your credentials.
Here's how the login process works:
Username and Password Entry: Provide your username and password, which are associated with your account.
- Once successfully login, you’ll be able to access your data information. There are 3 option in the menu. Your Personal Data Sheet (PDS) form, the Print option and your Profile Information.

PDS
– an option where you can be able to access the document that provides your detailed information, for employment or administrative purposes. It's used to collect and record personal, professional, and biographical data about you.
PRINT
– You may click the option if you want to print your PDS or save it as PDF on your computer or mobile phone.
PROFILE
– It’s all about your basic profile information. You have an option to view or update if there’s any changes. You may also view the Special Order if there’s any.
LOGOUT
- ending an active session on the Online Profiling System. Please be reminded that logging out is an important security practice to ensure that unauthorized users do not gain access to your account.
SIGN Up
- If you are a new user and doesn’t have an account yet, you may click the Sign-Up option to create your own account. Fill up all the blank filled required and provide your data information.
- To ensure the security, privacy, and authorized access to accounts, resources, and information, you are required to create your own Username and Password.
USERNAME:
You are allowed to create a personalized online identity username.
PASSWORD:
Please note that your passwords serve as a means to verify that the person attempting to access an account or resource is indeed the legitimate user.
